University languages student. Passionate about teaching and making language learning enjoyable.
I love languages. I speak French fluently having lived and worked in France for six years. I am currently studying for a BA Hons in Modern Languages and Applied Linguistics with French, Spanish and German.
I am new to tutoring however I am a very organised, enthusiastic and positive person who wishes to work as a professional language teacher once I have my degree. To ensure I had the right knowledge to become a tutor I got a Diploma in Education and Training which taught me how to tailor lessons to the individual's needs, assess strengths and weaknesses and structure a coherent learning plan.
I will ensure that I read the relevant exam specification to achieve the correct learning objectives. I like to use a mixture of activities to touch on listening, reading, writing and speaking skills in every lesson. This keeps each lesson interesting and productive. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and helping my students improve their skills and achieve their objectives.
